Welcome to HackTrack, a website security monitoring service operated by MindKraft Technologies. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
By accessing or using HackTrack, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
HackTrack provides automated website security scanning, threat detection, and alerting services. We scan websites you register using third-party APIs including Google Safe Browsing. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to scan each website you register.
We offer paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro) with monthly, 6-month, and annual billing options. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms.
A 7-day free trial is available to new users. No credit card is required during the trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Contact us at support@mindkrafttech.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
You must not use HackTrack to: scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to scan; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload our systems; share account credentials; or violate any applicable law.
HackTrack is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that our scans will detect all threats. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or breaches resulting from reliance on our reports. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
