MindKraft Technologies ("we", "us") operates HackTrack (hack.mindkrafttech.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

• Account information: Your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted via Supabase Auth).
• Website URLs: The URLs you register for monitoring.
• Scan results: Security scores, threat detection results, and issue details generated for your websites.
• Payment information: Processed by Razorpay. We only store your Razorpay Payment ID — we never store your card details.
• Usage data: Log data such as pages visited and actions performed, used to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the HackTrack service
• To send security alerts and payment confirmation emails
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To improve and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase – Database and authentication
• Razorpay – Payment processing
• Google – Safe Browsing API and OAuth
• Resend / Brevo – Transactional email delivery

Website URLs you submit are forwarded to Google's Safe Browsing API for threat detection.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Scan results older than 90 days are automatically purged. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.

5. Data Security

All data is stored in encrypted form on Supabase. Access is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies

HackTrack uses only essential cookies (authentication session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
